For the first time in California, Master Tu will be teaching the first one,
in a series of courses on the bar, for the general public and for health and
fitness professionals such as kinesiologists, acupuncturists, massage therapists,
physical trainers and acupressure therapists.

ABOUT THE LONG-LIFE- HEALTH-BAR
Grand Master Tu applied his profound knowledge of Qigong,
Chinese Medicine and Chinese Martial Arts to create the Long-Life-Health-Bar.
The bar is made out of special metal alloys, chosen for their specific electro-magnetic
properties. A major component of the bar is the multiple-rod tapping tool, a
set of many flexible thin metal rods held together with a handle. The origin
of the tapping tool goes back to the famous Shaolin temple in China, where it
was used for the development of the legendary ˇ§iron bodyˇ¨ and to heal illnesses.
In addition to the tapping tool, the bar can be assembled into various configurations,
allowing it to be used for
ˇE massage or moxa (Artemisia vulgaris) treatment on any acu-point on the body
ˇE practicing specific Tai Chi movements
ˇE resistance training of the muscles
and more. Used alone, or in combination with other forms of exercise, such as
running and weight lifting, the Long-Life-Health-Bar offers tremendous benefits
to heal and protect the body.
